Thank you for choosing Organovacosmeved. Whether you are purchasing Crystal cleaning products or EOXA construction chemicals, we are committed to delivering your order safely.

1. Shipment Processing Time

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
• Warehouse Location: All shipments are dispatched from our central warehouse in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
• Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Methods & Modes (Surface Transport Only)

⚠️ Important Legal Note on Chemicals: Due to the chemical nature of our products—whether Crystal liquid cleaners or EOXA waterproofing compounds—we are legally restricted from using Air Cargo.

ALL orders are shipped via Surface Transport (Road).

⚠️ Important Note on Liquids & Formulations: Many of our products are classified as liquids or chemical formulations. In compliance with Indian Aviation Security regulations, these items cannot be shipped via Air Cargo.

All such orders are shipped via Surface Transport (Road) only. Please allow 5-10 days for delivery depending on your location, as road transport takes longer than standard air mail.

• Gujarat Deliveries: usually 2-3 days.
• Metro Cities: usually 4-6 days.
• Rest of India: usually 7-10 days.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the total weight of your cart.

• Prepaid Orders: [e.g., Free Shipping above ₹999]
• Cash on Delivery (COD): [e.g., Flat rate of ₹50 or calculated by weight]

4. Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy

To protect both our customers and our business from transit damage claims, we enforce a strict policy:

• Requirement: You MUST record a clear, continuous video while opening your package for the first time.
• Purpose: This video serves as proof if a Crystal bottle has leaked or an EOXA bucket is damaged.
• No Video, No Claim: Without a valid unboxing video, Organovacosmeved reserves the right to deny any claim for replacement or refund.
• How to Submit: If you find an issue, share the video via WhatsApp/Email within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Bulk & Heavy Shipments (EOXA Specific)

For large orders of EOXA construction chemicals (exceeding 20kg), we may use specialized transport carriers (e.g., VRL, TCI, Spoton) instead of standard couriers.

• In such cases, door-to-door delivery depends on the carrier's reach in your area.
• We will coordinate with you via phone if a specific transport arrangement is needed.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

• We offer Cash on Delivery for orders up to a value of ₹[Amount].
• Due to the high cost of shipping heavy chemical products, we reserve the right to verify COD orders via phone call before dispatch.
• Refusal to accept a COD parcel at the time of delivery will result in your account being blacklisted.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct, including your Pin Code. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us, re-shipping charges will apply.
