Please read this section carefully. By purchasing, you acknowledge the different nature of our brands:
- Crystal (Cleaning Products)
- Intended Use: Crystal products are formulated for specific cleaning applications. They are not for use on human skin (unless specified, e.g., body wipes) and must never be ingested.
- Patch Test: Always perform a "patch test" on a small, hidden area before using any Crystal cleaner on sensitive surfaces (e.g., leather, marble, expensive fabrics).
- EOXA (Construction Chemicals)
- Professional Use: EOXA products are often industrial-grade (e.g., waterproofing compounds, admixtures). We recommend these be used by professionals or individuals strictly following the technical data sheets (TDS).
- Protective Gear: When using EOXA products, you must wear appropriate protective gear (gloves, masks, eye protection) as indicated on the packaging.
- Liability: Organovacosmeved is not liable for structural damage, aesthetic ruin, or personal injury resulting from the incorrect mixing, application, or curing of EOXA construction chemicals.
- General Safety
- Keep Away from Children: All products from both Crystal and EOXA must be stored securely away from children and pets.
- Medical Emergencies: In case of accidental ingestion or contact with eyes, seek immediate medical attention and show the product label to the doctor.
- Billing and Payments
- We use Razorpay as our third-party payment gateway. By processing a transaction, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us, specifically if we suspect bulk purchasing for unauthorized resale.
- Shipping and Returns
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy.
- Liquids & Chemicals: You acknowledge that orders containing liquid formulations (Crystal) or heavy compounds (EOXA) are shipped via Surface Transport and may take longer to arrive.
- Unboxing Video: You agree that claims for damaged/missing items will not be entertained without a valid unboxing video.
- Intellectual Property
The content, organization, graphics, and formulations related to the Site—including the trademarks Organovacosmeved, Crystal, and EOXA—are protected under applicable Indian copyrights and trademark laws. The copying, redistribution, or use of these materials without our express written permission is strictly prohibited.
- Limitation of Liability
