Returns & Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Organovacosmeved. Whether you purchased Crystal cleaning products or EOXA construction chemicals, we want to ensure you have a fair and transparent experience.

  1. General Policy: Non-Returnable Items

Due to the chemical nature of our products, we enforce a strict No Return / No Exchange policy on delivered goods.

We do not accept returns for "Change of Mind" or "Ordered by Mistake."

  • Reason: Once a chemical seal is broken or a package travels through the courier network, we cannot guarantee its purity or safety for resale.
  • Scope: This applies to all Crystal (wipes, liquids) and EOXA (waterproofing, admixtures) products.
  1. When Can You Claim a Replacement?

We take full responsibility if the error is on our end or the courier's end. You are eligible for a Replacement or Refund ONLY in the following cases:

  1. Damaged/Leaking: The bottle, bucket, or packet arrived leaking or broken.
  2. Wrong Product: You received a product different from what you ordered.
  3. Expired: The product received is past its expiry date.
  1. The Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process any claim for damage or missing items, we require video proof.

  • Requirement: You must record a continuous video while opening the delivery package. The video must clearly show the shipping label, the seal condition, and the damage.
  • No Video, No Claim: If you claim a bottle leaked or an item is missing but do not provide an unboxing video, Organovacosmeved cannot process a refund or replacement.
  • Why? This protects us from fraudulent claims and helps us claim insurance from our courier partners.
  1. How to Request a Replacement

If you face an issue, follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery:

  1. Contact Us: Email [Your Email Address] or WhatsApp [Your Phone Number] with your Order ID.
  2. Submit Evidence: Attach your Unboxing Video and clear photos of the damaged product/batch number.
  3. Resolution:
    • Replacement: We will ship a fresh product to you at no extra cost.
    • Refund: If the specific stock is unavailable, we will initiate a full refund.
  1. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed based on your original payment method:

  • Prepaid Orders (Razorpay): The amount will be refunded to your original payment source (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI) within 5-7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): We will request your Bank Account details (Account Number & IFSC) or UPI ID. The amount will be transferred via NEFT/IMPS within 5-7 business days after approval.
  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped.
  • After Dispatch: Once the order has been handed over to our courier partner (Surface Transport), it cannot be canceled.
  1. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your bank; it often takes processing time before a refund is officially posted.
  3. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
